Sound off to our last mercury rx in air signs for the rest of the year.

Retrogrades are a time for review and reflection, where it’s almost as the planet is taking a break and you’ve got to practice what you’ve been learning. When it comes to Libra, what we see in our world and in our relationships is a direct reflection or mirror of our relationship to ourselves and our inner values. The way we value our worth, feel, and speak to ourselves determines our reality and fate. This Mercury retrograde is a time for practicing a new way of thinking and speaking about yourself.

Turning retrograde at 25 degrees is significant because it tells us that the lesson of this period is a change of fate. This adds to a 7 (divine) and is in the 3rd décan which can be perceived as the future.

Mercury retrograde gets a bad reputation for bringing back exes and miscommunications and breakdowns between people and technology.. but these things are valuable in our learning process. They happen so we can practice what we’ve been learning and become masters. This retrograde, try not to slip back into the old ways of treating yourself, no matter what resurfaces or gets wonky. Every single relationship is likely to get tested until October 18th, but this is FOR YOU. If you’ve been like me and changing the way you speak to yourself, your relationships are bound to change anyway. Allow yourself some room for mistakes as well. Slipping back into the old way won’t ruin everything. If you can just be aware of it, it’s enough.

Mercury is handing you the keys to a new destiny. It’s asking you to show it that you’re ready for a change. Are you?

Lately I’ve been feeling at peace. Not because things are currently going right, but because I’ve finally started allowing myself to simply experience everything as it is, as it is happening.

I used to search for a place of peace after disappointment. It was pretty difficult if I’m being honest, and sometimes I just ended up criticizing myself for how often I had to try to make myself feel better.

Then one day this mantra intuitively came up:

“I am here to experience.”

That’s all. Plain and simple. Whatever the moment, I’m here to experience it. To witness it. So long as I am doing that, there is nothing else to do.

Words cannot express how much pressure came off of my shoulders in that moment. Perhaps from lifetimes. My entire perspective has changed and my life has started seeing radical shifts because of it.

I encourage you to start your day with this mantra. I encourage you to use it when you encounter anyone and any moment. Allow yourself to witness it in the present. And then move on to the next thing and witness how it is new and unique.

The sun now moves through Virgo, the sign of both the analyzer and the virgin.

After an emotional cycle in Cancer where we had to build our emotional safe houses, our hearts are now ready to start filling the space with its desires.

The first manifesting Moon since the eclipses is all about your inner walls of security in this new place in which you may be finding yourself.

Cancer rules the 4th house of heritage, roots, and family which speaks a lot to where we have come from. Cancer as a sign is deeply and intuitively connected to this past and can be very nostalgic. If you’ve ever felt nostalgia, you know it’s an emotional feeling that can be difficult to let go of.

This Moon is about initiating and cultivating a sense of safety within yourself in which you can thrive in any new, changing environment and situation.

When caring for a plant, how do we cultivate more growth? We check in on it and make some adjustments. The adjustments differ depending on the needs of the plant. Sometimes this looks like pruning and trimming, and other times it’s adding fertilizer and nutrients. During phases of rapid growth, we may need to add support such as a trellis to encourage sturdy and upward growth.

During this new Moon I want you to pay attention to your feelings of vulnerability. Think about how you can use these to cultivate an emotional space that you can carry with you on your journey.

Just as the crab has its shell of protection, how can you form this safety net of trust in yourself and your intuition? What can you set up for yourself, from within (not something you can ask for externally) which will support your growth? Your goal is to form this internal safe space in which you can retreat to when you need the space to collect energy and tap into your guidance for future action plans.

Where is 18 degrees cancer in your natal chart? You’ll likely already be feeling vulnerable in this area of your life. Perhaps you’ve been seeking external comfort lately here too. Neptune is connected to our entire universe and acts as an antenna for all luges and energy from past, present, and future. When in direct motion it gives us intuitive direction while dissolving our tangible realities.

When Neptune is in Pisces we all learn the the important lesson of surrender. Trusting that you will float and be carried out to where you need to. It’s also heavily connected to transcending karma throughout all timelines and lifetimes by turning darkness into light. This is done through finding love and compassion for all situations, people, and things. When we dissolve the veil of the 3D perception, we see how everything is connected through divine love.

Since Neptune entered Pisces in February, we have been learning these lessons through Neptune. During this retrograde it’s time for us to take what we’ve learned and consciously show that we have integrated love, compassion, and surrender.

Deep disillusion of patterns will allow you to see the truth of toxic behaviors or attempts at escapism. The things that resurface, especially patterns or situations related to pain, karma, and illusion are opportunities to transcend it all and prove your devotion.

Practice surrendering, forgiveness, love, and compassion. This is somewhat of a spiritual test. Don’t try to escape pain through drugs, alcohol, or other toxic escaping methods but rather open your wounds to allow the light to heal them. Trust in the process and rely on love to transcend and heal lifetimes of karma and pain. For you and for the entire consciousness.

“I face my true North.”

The full moon at 3 degrees Capricorn is high time for illuminating our true north on the direction we want to move in for the rest of the year in order to reach our highest goals.

The 3rd degree is the degree of belief and as the planet of beliefs known as Jupiter makes a trine angle with the Sun while it moves through retrograde, we are really being asked to review the choices, changes, and beliefs since the eclipses. This is like a turning point where we can see the entire axis of where we have come from and where we want to go. We can honestly see (and feel) the belief systems, patterns, and behaviors which have brought us here but might have steered us off course. Don’t worry, the duty of the eclipses were to get you on the right path. You are already exactly where you need to be now.

If you have experienced some drastic changes and your life looks significantly different than it did at the beginning of the year, this is your sign and proof that you’ve been picked up and placed on your path of destiny. Right now it’s about orienting yourself to start moving in the right direction.

This moon is about paying attention and feeling out the TRUE north direction so you can reach your true and highest potential. This is where your soul and your heart want you to move towards. This is a reachable destination 6 months from now and the dedication and commitment it will take to get there.

Take this time to shed away the weight of what the Universe has been trying to free you from. You are halfway up the mountain and it’s time to lighten your load. Be honest with yourself about what really needs to come with you. You have been tested recently to let go of comforting ways and trust in the new experiences which are coming.

If you are looking up at the top of the mountain and you feel dread, ask yourself where that comes from. This is what you can release under the moon. You are lightening your load in order to keep climbing. The only way to move is up my dear.
