Staircase renovation we were part of. New handrail and spindles, a bit of TLC to the newels, then over to the painter and carpet fitter to finish it off.

Tiger Projects — Extensions, Renovations, Joinery.

We’re a joinery led construction company, which means the details most builders leave till last are the ones we start with. Every extension, renovation, loft or garage conversion gets built around proper craftsmanship, not just square footage.

Kicked off a bathroom renovation this week! 🛁

First job is always stripping everything back to the original timber frame, so we can see exactly what we’re working with before we start building anything new.

There’s a bit of dust and mess at this stage (sorry to any neighbours who heard the strip-out!), but it’s worth it.

Watch this space for more updates as the project comes together.

Month one of the monthly team meets. Venue: the workshop. Catering: BiG Mannys' Pizza Agenda: whatever came up.

It’s easy to keep your head down and just crack on, but getting everyone around a table (even a makeshift one) matters. We’ll be doing this every month. Might even upgrade the seating at some point.

What does a great project actually look like?

It’s not just the finished result. It’s the planning that happened before a single tool was picked up. It’s the communication that kept everyone on the same page. It’s the decisions made under pressure that no one ever sees.

On time. On budget. Built right.

That’s not a tagline — it’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, every time.

At Tiger Projects, good enough simply isn’t good enough.

Garden room completed in Aberdeen

This garden room is finished with larch cladding from , giving a natural timber finish that will weather beautifully over time.

We installed glazing to maximise natural light and keep the space comfortable all year round.

Inside the room is fully insulated and finished with engineered oak flooring, creating a warm space that can be used as a home office, studio or extra living area.

A well built garden room like this completely changes how a garden can be used.

If you’re thinking about adding extra space to your home, feel free to get in touch to discuss your project.
