Hi Everyone

A motorsport post this time. Just before Christmas I finished Jack Strathdee of D Racing's Mk1 Ford Focus RS race car. This car has been with me a few times before for various work.

This time it was in for more exhaust work. Jack decided to go for a full turbo back 3.5inch exhaust as the old system was on it's limit and causing some restrictions at the power the car is running at now. I vented the external wastegate back into the downpipe for noise restrictions, and fitted the whole exhaust with 3.5 inch quick release vbands. Of course It had to have it's Nascar exhaust tip again so another one was sent over from America, cut up and modified to fit again.

Another job completed last year was this custom grading beam with a built in roller, made to fit a 3 ton JCB with a rototilt hitch for T.Gray Groundworks Ltd. The beam also has a removable pole for attaching a laser for accurate levelling. I also CNC cut the company initials into plates for the top.

Built and painted fully in house before being delivered.

Hi Everyone, Happy new year to you all! I hope it was as good as it could be during these times.

Leading upto 2021 I was asked to become part of the test team for Holemaker Technology and their versadrive tooling, so they have sent me out a test kit to see what I think.
Keep an eye out for some videos as I demo and review them in the next few weeks, so far I'm very impressed.

Hi everyone, hope your all well and keeping safe during this time.

Ive been doing the odd few jobs and having a tidy up and a clear out. I have some of these CNC cut pieces which I cut for shows or using up spare material on the machine. They have been sitting in bubble wrap for months and I forgot to advertise them.
So to clear some room I'm going to sell them off cheaply. Most are painted but some aren't. There will be a description, size and price with each photo.

If you or anyone you know might be interested put a comment or drop me a messege. These can be posted or collected observing the government rules on social distancing.

I will post the animal ones first then the others in a future post.

Hi everyone

Sorry Ive not been as active on social media on my facebook or instagram recently.

Here is a wee clip of a recently completed car. A full 3.5inch turbo back exhaust on a Nissan s14.5 silvia competition drift car with an rb26 engine!! It sounds epic in person!! For full pictures and info check out the previous post to this video on my Instagram page.

Moy Game Fair (Highland Field Sports Fair 2019)

Now that its all over I would like to thank everyone who visited me and the team over the weekend at the show. The feedback and response was amazing, I couldnt have asked for a better couple of days.

I've taken some photos of the stand and pieces I designed to take along which I will post below for you all to see.

The winner of the fire pit raffle was Mike Renwick drawn by show chairman James Campbell on the saturday live in the main ring.

I'd like to thank everyone who helped out in the days leading up to the show and the team over the show weekend as I couldnt have done it without them.

Some of the items are still for sale so I will do a separate post of whats left in a while.

Hi everyone,

Another CNC job complete! This time a horses head and name plate for a stable door. All CAD drawn, CNC cut, dressed and ready for paint. I also cut another stag's head to have on the wall in the workshop. Unsure on the colour to paint the stag so any suggestions welcome in the comments!

I also used the new Bosch brushless X-lock battery grinder to clean up these peices with a bosch X-lock 60 grit flap disc and it made a brilliant job of removing the burrs and dross from the cnc process. Very happy with this grinder and thanks again to Bosch Professional Power Tools and Accessories for sending me it out to test. Loving it!

Hi folks,

A bit of a different video to my normal but I've managed to be chosen to become a tool tester for Bosch Professional Power Tools and Accessories for their new X-lock battery grinder. Over the next few weeks I will upload some videos and pictures giving you my honest thoughts on this tool and how it works. So far im very impressed!! This video contains a full unboxing showing what was included in the delivery and a breif description. Keep an eye out for the next update video.
