This can apply to any kind of excellence, such as the highest quality of a chisel or a person's moral virtue. In the start of 2024 Dave set out to start Arete Property Services with the core values of building a reputation of the highest quality, reliability and trust which aids fostering long lasting relationships with Clients and Trade Professionals alike. The name Arete was chosen to reflect th

e companies core values, Arete meaning "excellence" or "virtue" and refers to a person or thing's full potential. Within a few months Dave partnered with Ben, B M Property Solutions, both having worked together for a number of years prior and knew Ben shared the same passion and ethos.
