Re-point and new pebble dash render with render grab (the red stuff)/ waterproofer and steel render mesh to replace the old cracked render,
Again customer very happy with the work carried out!

A re-skin to front elevation of this property because render had blown causing water to run between the render and brickwork, damaging the brickwork behind and rotting all but 3 of the wall ties. Customer wanted traditional engineered facework as it would have been originally.
Customer review on the finished project was over the moon!!!!

Andy Swinton here from Swinton & Son's Masonry.
We work with a few big companies like Network Rail, Cassey Construction etc. This requires all of my employees be subject to random drug testing,
We have been this mornig and everyone passed fine 🙂.....
but the testers had had over 20 lads fails (from other companies) this meaning that these lads now have no jobs.
So if you are a Construction worker or any other worker for that matter, please remember that, that good feeling on a weekend for a few hours could result in a HUGE bad feeling of no job, posibly loosing your house or family and so on... so is it worth it?
I'll let you decide.
