Latest project complete! 🏡🔑 2 adjacent houses fully refurbished. 1 bathroom extension into an adjacent bedroom which involved lowering the floor into the kitchen below. 1 brand new kitchen. 1 fireplace ripped out and replaced with a new modern log burner. A walk in shower removed and a new wardrobe installed in its place. Both fully redecorated and new floor coverings throughout. Ready for rental. Onto the next one! ✨

Our latest project is underway 😀 External restoration to these two grade one listed cottages. Chimneys to be inspected and reflaunched. Some ridge and hip tiles to be rerun. 250+ tiles to change. Brick and flint repairs, re-pointing, rot to be cut out and repaired. New lead works to dormers and a full paint job! Busy few months ahead!

This week we've been tying up our last outside of the year. All windows have been replaced from wooden to uPVC, all soffits and fascias removed and replaced with new. Some existing beams were rotten so they've been replaced. The existing render was hacked off and re-rendered and it has all been painted. Client is over the moon with the finish 😀
