We’re always proud to support employers who are helping create a more inclusive construction industry - especially during Women in Construction week.
Elanwen’s apprenticeship journey with JG Hale Group shows the difference early opportunities, encouragement and hands-on experience can make. Starting on site at just 17, she has demonstrated confidence, resilience and a strong commitment to building her skills in the electrical sector — while studying at college and gaining valuable on-site experience.
