⏳ Modplan Building and Refurbishment Contractors Ltd – Project Progress, Ashwell ⏳

A few weeks ago, we shared photos of the roofing works nearing completion. Today, we’re excited to show some of the internal progress taking shape.

The new annex has now been fully plastered, the sun room has been formed, and all structural works for both the double‑storey side extension and the single‑storey rear extension are now complete.

We’re looking forward to sharing our next update, which will feature the newly formed bedrooms and ensuite upstairs, watch this space.

⏳ Modplan Building and Refurbishment Contractors Ltd - Project Progress Update ⏳

Works are progressing well at our Ashwell project and we’re excited to share the latest milestones. The extension roofs and annex are now receiving their final touches, with the structure fully watertight and plastering close to completion, a major step toward bringing this transformation to life.

Our team has completed all new openings, superstructure works and steel installations, creating a stunning open‑plan kitchen, dining and living space that will completely elevate the way this home is used. The new side and rear extensions are taking shape beautifully, adding both space and value.

Upstairs, first‑fix carpentry is underway in the new extension, revealing the layout of a luxurious master bedroom and en‑suite that will offer a high level finish once complete.

Another step forward and plenty more exciting progress to come.

The Home Improvements by Modplan team have secured another project! This one is located in Lower Gravenhurst, Bedfordshire. The project will see us undertake a the renovation of an existing area within the property to form a open plan garden room, forming new openings to give a view over the garden.
