Well doesn’t this look amazing !!! En-suite fitted today. Just final few pieces of skirting to fit and this will be job complete. Alongside the en-suite we have finished off a previously built upstairs bedroom. Some layout alterations to make the corridor for the new bedroom and a strip off and re roof to the rear of the property.

Another productive day across our projects 👷‍♂️🏗️

MKM delivery landed this morning at the Ashby project, along with a skip delivery ready for the roofers to crack on tomorrow with the high-level roofing works 🔨🏠

The carpentry team are pushing on today with the 2nd fixing works at Ashby, keeping the project moving at a great pace ⚒️

Meanwhile over at the Burton project, the bricklaying team are finalising the last stages of the structural alterations 👌🧱

Great progress being made all round by the teams! 💪

Friday progress update: the trusses are now complete, and we’ve officially started work on the level access shower room.

We’re moving steadily toward the final stages of this shell build, getting everything watertight and ready for the electricians and plumbers to begin their first fix.
