With spring hopefully not too far away now’s the time to be thinking about that Garedn Room you’ve always wanted.

Our rooms are built on site to suit the surrounding space. If there’s an awkward bit of land in your garden we can build to any shape to maximize the sp

All of are rooms are fully insulated for use all year round, interiors are plastered with certified electric’s. LVT flooring with either sliding or bifold doors. Externally we have used Canadian Cedar, British Cedar, Oak, Charred Timber, Composite….. the choice is yours.

Nice little outhouse converted into a garden bar and banded glass door for one of our favorite returning clients.

Punched a hole in the wall to form a serving hatch, insulted and timber paneled the interior. Reclaimed floorboard floor and matching bespoke shelves. To make a feature externally we built this character air dried oak canopy 🌳

Frameless glass hatch window with a shutter for the winter months. Just waiting on the electrical second fix ⚡️

We build beautiful Garden Rooms….. FACT!

After striking water whist digging the base in we also had to run a land drain for the best part of 100m to the nearest stream. Luckily PSE have the skill, experience and know how to overcome most issues that arise on site.

After building the Garden Room our client wanted the area around it landscaping to fit in with the existing patio. After a couple of designs we installed grey sandstone with sleeper boarders to create the perfect space.

As always all work completed was to the highest possible standard.

All our rooms have EPDM rubber roofs, fully insulated, this one has charred timber cladding and hot and cold water, aluminum bi-fold doors, plastered finish, LVT flooring, certified electrics, LED lighting.

From a garage used to store stuff you don’t need to a much needed room that extends the living space of the home.

We completed this conversion under 2 weeks, from start to finish, which included insulating, boarding, new floor, plastering, electrics and plumbing, woodwork and decoration.

All completed to buildings regs and sign off.

As proud sponsors of the Coalville U10’s rugby team it was great to see the lads finish the week at Leicester Tigers camp on a high.

Some great players there from around the area, and from what I witnessed they could all play. With comments from the coaches like “in all the years of doing this, these lads have been the best I’ve coached”. A true testament to the hard work they put in week in week out.

With 3 coalville lads missing from the photo we were very well represented and gained the nickname as the “Coalville Massive” 💪🏻🔵🟡🏉

PSE will complete the work to the highest possible standard and to all current regulations. We will take care of it all from structural calculations (if needed) to laying the floor.
