Recently completed this bathroom refurb , customer wanted to maximise shower space area as no longer needing to use the bath
✅️ bathroom removed including block wall to open area up
✅️ 1400x900 slimline tray installed with chrome sliding door
✅️ floor and walls tiled and just paint to finish
✅️vanity unit and basin replacing old pedestal for more storage
✅️ fresh new modern toilet
✅️ white pvc ceiling fitted ,new pull switches , light and extractor fan

Bedroom to bathroom conversion complete ✅️🔥

Customer wanted to add another bathroom to their home to replace a spare bedroom
Deep stone walls on this house were cored to allow for a new stack outside which meant we could make this happen ,1st fixed and tanked , beautiful tiles chosen from Tilesplus laid by KR tiling 👌
Suite supplied by Stevenson and Reids Ballymoney , fitted out and a great little turnaround 🔥

35 year old oil boiler removed 💪 Pipes moved to allow for kitchen cupboard storage and replaced outside in an ongoing home refurb , new Grant Euroflame 90/120 condescending module installed to heat this large family home 🔥

2 leaking shower enclosures ripped out , re floored and re piped. New trays installed ,walls waterproofed ,panelled, sealed and finished off giving the home owners peace of mind in their bathrooms and a fresh look 🚿

Back last week after a few days with the boots off 🙃 and got to help transform this little bathroom in Coleraine
Fully gutted and freshened up with some of MyLife Bathrooms neatest products , fresh wall panels and new ceiling panels.
Another tidy little bathroom done and dusted and onto the next 🙌

Updated , fully decorated by North Coast Painting & Decorating and finish is now complete 🙌

A little downstairs WC fitted for a customer who recently purchased a new home and wanted their understairs cloakroom made into a more useful area, without too much damage to walls or tiled floor we were able to complete this as requested
New fully BTW toilet and 2 door anthracite vanity unit and wash hand basin fitted , outside sewer pipe dug (by hand 😒👊) and exposed to pipe the new wastes into and a stack installed for ventilation to give the customer less trips up and down stairs everyday 😀

We completed this little bathroom refurbishment last weekend and its safe to say this is a walk in shower enclosure 🤩
Customer no longer wanted the bath and having had a badly leaking shower causing mould n rotten flooring it was time to go 👌 they wanted to maximise their space with a fresh new massive enclosure and modern suite
✅️ 1700x900 shower enclosure and screen fitted with a newly studded wall all panelled with designer wooden shower panels including a trendy brushed steel niche
✅️ Fully BTW toilet
✅️ 600mm deep blue my life vanity unit and basin
✅️ 500x1800 my life anthracite towel radiator
✅️Ceiling lowered, fresh pvc ceiling and 3 spotlights installed ,My Life LED mirror 🙌

Completed this little bathroom turnaround last week , the customer wanted a large walk in shower doing away with the bath , they decided to have the walls half panelled in grey and to add some colour to their walls.
✔️vinyl flooring removed and tiled in grey slate effect tiles
✔️Pvc ceiling fitted
✔️3 spotlights installed
✔️New shower fitted with drench kit
✔️ 1200 slate tray and screen
✔️600mm vanity unit and basin
✔️semi comfort BTW toilet
✔️black towel radiator
Another neat and tidy finish from everyone invloved in this refurb 👌
