🔨 Lintel Installation Complete – Another Structural Upgrade Done Right! 🔨

Today’s project involved removing a failed brick lintel above this exterior door and replacing it with a new, properly supported solution to restore structural integrity and prevent further cracking.

🧱 What we found:
The existing lintel had deteriorated and was no longer adequately supporting the brickwork above the opening. This led to visible cracking and movement in the masonry — something that only gets worse over time if left untreated.

🛠️ What we did:
• Carefully supported the surrounding structure before starting
• Removed damaged brickwork and the old lintel
• Installed a new, heavy-duty lintel with correct bearing on both sides
• Rebuilt the brickwork to match the existing finish
• Ensured everything was level, secure, and built to last

✅ The result:
A safe, solid, and long-lasting repair that restores both the strength and appearance of the property.
