Back at this property in Mapplewell after completing and posting the rear garden transformation, we moved on to the front of the home to finish the full project ✅

We laid around 140sqm of Raj Green porcelain to transform the front area, bringing the total installed across the whole property to 210sqm 🙌🏼

Because the original slabs were much thicker than the new porcelain, and the existing levels were uneven and unsafe in places, a new MOT Type 1 sub-base was installed over the existing area to create a fresh, solid foundation and raise the levels correctly throughout.

The new paving has completely transformed the space, giving it a much sharper finish and creating a far more practical outdoor area 🏡👌🏼

Raj Green porcelain patio completed at this lovely property in Mapplewell ✨

We began by removing all existing paving and taking down the old fencing. A new Type 1 MOT sub-base was then installed and fully compacted to achieve the correct levels and ensure a solid foundation 👷🏼‍♂️✅

We then laid 70sqm of high-quality porcelain paving around the rear of the property, giving the garden a refreshed look with a tidy, up-to-date finish that the customer can enjoy for years to come 🏡

Here we reduced the size of a bathroom window for a customer during their refurb ✨🛠️

The original window sat too close to the shower, meaning water was hitting it directly and sitting on the sill after every use. By reducing the size, it not only prevents this issue but also improves privacy 👌🏼

We removed the old window, toothed out the existing brickwork, installed a new lintel (as there wasn’t one previously), and then bricked up inside & outside to the new size specified by the client — all ready for the new window to be fitted 🧱

Indian Stone Garden Transformation 🏡

This project started with uneven levels, loose pebbles, and poorly laid slabs.

We fully stripped the area back to ground level, removing all existing slabs and old mortar beds, installed a solid new base, and laid Indian stone in the Rippon colour for a clean finish!

Finished off with fresh turf and new planting areas — all completed exactly to the customer’s request. 👷🏼‍♂️✅

We were recommended to this client to convert an unused garage into a functional living space. The project involved transforming the area from an empty storage space into a finished room that adds both space and value to the property.

🧱 Front Step Transformation – From Tired Brick to Modern Stone ✨

We’ve completely rebuilt this set of front steps, increasing them from two steps to three for a smoother, more gradual ascent. We transformed the worn brickwork into a clean, modern finish using beautiful stone slabs.✅

To finish the look, we removed the adjoining flower bed and created a small pathway that ties in neatly with the new steps.💪🏼

✨ Patio Revamp ✨

A fresh new look for our customer’s outdoor space! 🏡

We replaced the old patio with 900x600 porcelain slabs, squaring off the area to create a larger, more functional seating space.

The base was rebuilt with Type 1 MOT for a solid foundation — ensuring no movement or sinkage.

Finished with storm grey grout for that modern, clean look that completely transforms the space. ✅👷🏼‍♂️

Fresh new boundary fence completed!👷🏼‍♂️🪚

We removed the old, rotten boundary fence and replaced it with a brand-new one designed to the customer’s exact specifications. Each post was set at the correct height and spacing before fitting the timber boards on the tops and fronts for extra privacy between neighbours.

To finish, we installed gravel boards securely into brackets between each post, ensuring they’re solid, stable, and able to hold back soil from the higher ground next door. ✅

Here we transformed an unused lawn into a stylish Kandla Grey Indian Stone patio, giving our customer the perfect new seating area to enjoy.👷🏼‍♂️

A few months later, we returned to improve another part of the garden — creating a modern, low-maintenance space using the leftover slabs, laid to the customers request. This was then finished with decorative slate chippings laid over a w**d barrier, helping to keep the area clean and w**d-free .🌱
