The Meta-XY goes well beyond just marking multiple parts. It's a machine built for marking everything you need to throw at it.

Anything you place on its massive work area - anything from 700mm x 500mm to 1,500mm x 600mm - can be marked with different power settings, different artwork, and can be completely different shapes.

Season's Greetings from Lotus Laser! This year, we crafted some stunning baubles using our Meta-C UV laser.

Thanks to the laser's 3D head, we seamlessly marked the curved surfaces of the baubles without needing a rotary device.

Last week we had the privilege of visiting Zone Creations for an in-depth look at how they produce their luxury packaging. It was fascinating to see the seamless blend of traditional handcrafted methods with advanced technology, particularly their Meta-C Fibre laser system. We were able to witness each stage of the production seeing the multiple uses they have for their laser system.

This week we are taking a closer look at our Meta-XY, focusing on its advanced Multi-Movement, 6-Axis setup. This configuration combines a 3D laser head, with a movable workbed and laser system to ensure high-precision marking across a spacious 700mm x 500mm workspace.

What is team Lotus brewing this Halloween?

Using our Meta-D system we have created some brilliant Halloween lanterns.

Using the Meta-D we were able to cut out all of the various parts in under 2 minutes! Compare that to our plotter machine which took 14 minutes!
