☀️ Solar in January? Yes – and here’s the proof.

Today (14th January), one of our recent installs generated over 9kWh from 16 Aiko 465W panels – in one of the worst months of the year for solar.

But what made this system really impressive was how it was used 👇

🔋 Battery topped up overnight on a cheap tariff
🏠 Low morning household usage
☀️ Solar generation quickly covered the home and recharged the battery to 100%

🚗 With an Indra smart EV charger installed, the excess solar was automatically diverted into the car – charging it using free solar energy.

The result?
✔ Home powered by solar
✔ Battery full
✔ Car charging from surplus generation

All in January.

We promise we’re still here — even though we’ve been a little quiet on socials!

The team have been flat out with installs recently, working hard to get customers’ systems completed in time for Christmas.

With just a few more installs to go before the year wraps up, it’s been a busy but exciting end to 2025!

Here’s one of our more recent installs completed in Tonbridge, Kent.
This customer took advantage of our 10-panel offer, paired with a 5kW inverter and a 10kWh battery — a great setup for maximising self-use and long-term savings.
