Last week, we wrapped up an incredible time at the Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (CSHM 2026) in Calgary, where Process Vision exhibited alongside our Canadian representatives, Benchmark.

We had some great conversations around improving separation performance and reducing uncertainty in liquid carryover studies. It was fantastic to showcase LineVu Discovery and demonstrate how a practical, low-commitment approach can deliver real-time, in-line visibility to support evidence-based decision-making.

A highlight of the event was Spencer Parker’s technical presentation, “Optimizing Liquid Separation Systems with AI and Live Video.” The session explored how combining live video with AI-driven analytics can help teams detect separation upsets earlier, speed up diagnosis, and reduce downstream risk, especially during transient operations.

We also introduced PhaseVu AI, our diagnostics layer that transforms live video into actionable insight, helping operators define “normal,” detect meaningful deviations, and make more confident decisions around separator and filtration performance.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect with the Process Vision and Benchmark teams. We’re excited about the conversations started and look forward to continuing them.

Process Vision is heading to Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (CSHM 2026) in Calgary on 17–18 March 2026 exhibiting alongside our Canadian representatives, Benchmark.

We’ll be showcasing LineVu Discovery — a practical, low-commitment way to run liquid carryover studies and verify separation performance with live, in-line visibility.

Technical Presentation
Spencer Parker will present “Optimizing Liquid Separation Systems with AI and Live Video” on 17 March (11:00–11:50). The session explores how combining live video evidence with AI-based analytics helps teams detect separation upsets earlier, accelerate diagnosis, and reduce downstream risk during transient operations.

Also introducing: PhaseVu AI
Our diagnostics layer that turns live video into actionable insight. PhaseVu AI establishes what “normal” looks like for your system — then flags meaningful deviations that often sit between routine checks and late-stage safeguards. The result? More confident decisions on separator and filtration performance, troubleshooting, and operational optimisation — using evidence, not assumptions.

If you’re attending CSHM, come and meet the Process Vision and Benchmark teams to see how live video + AI can support evidence-led carryover studies and smarter separation decisions.
