This is a lovely cottage that we carried out a full refurbishment on. This consisted of a main bathroom, ensuite and two ground floor wc's. Underfloor heating added to the groundfloor. A new Range Tribune unvented cylinder in the plant room all powered by a new Grant oil boiler.

Some more underfloor heating installed this weekend. A new extension joining the existing hallway, which meant we had two types of underfloor heating to put down. Screed removed and Overlay system installed in the existing hallway. Staple system was installed on top of celotex in the extension. An over sized manifold has been fitted to add two more rooms at a later date.

This was a kitchen that had a few radiators installed in the far end. The radiators installed were struggling to heat the beautiful kitchen, which is constructed of oak beams and has volted glass roof.

We have removed the radiators and installed the overlay underfloor heating system which is great if the concrete floor is already down. We have left it ready for the flooring company to latex and lay the finished flooring.
