Our latest build in Odd Down and something a little bit different! This is a cube shape office measuring 4m x 4m, had tilt & turn windows and is clad in 90mm S profile cedar cladding.

Our latest build all newly plastered. All our garden rooms have as standard a quality internal finish including plastered walls, 12mm high quality laminate flooring, skirting and recessed lights and plug sockets (as opposed to surface mounted)

Our latest garden room is now completed! All our quotes include the groundwork and this job included demolition of an old garage and removal of a tree! We called in for safe disposal of the asbestos roof. Another happy customer!

A new design for a client, we will be building them a garden games room pending their planning application. Most garden rooms will not need planning approval even within a conservation area or world heritage site, this is dependent on a few rules, mainly if it is positioned at the rear of the property, if it is under 2.5m (4m if it has a pitched roof) and if the main house is not listed. Unfortunately for our client their property is grade 2 listed so planning permission is required!
