🔥 Radiators not heating up properly?

Before you blame the boiler, it could be what's hiding inside your heating system.

Over the years, sludge, rust and magnetic debris build up in the pipework and radiators. The result?

❌ Cold spots on radiators
❌ Rooms taking longer to warm up
❌ Higher energy bills
❌ A boiler working harder than it needs to

This is a recent ThoroughFlush system clean we carried out. Just look at the amount of debris that came out of the system 👀

Once cleaned, the water can circulate properly again, helping your radiators heat up more evenly and your heating system run more efficiently.

Look at the state that come out of this heating system today 😳

Now the weather is changing, this is the perfect time to get your heating system properly flushed through before next winter comes around again.

Did you notice over winter some radiators were hotter than others?
Cold spots on radiators?
Heating taking ages to warm up?
Boiler or pipework making noises?

This is normally caused by sludge and magnetite building up inside the heating system over the years.

The black sludge in the photos is what we removed from this system today 👀

If your heating system isn’t performing like it should, it is time to get it flushed through properly.

Most new builds still get this wrong.

If you’re planning a heat pump, the system needs to be designed properly from the start.

This one in Timsbury is getting full ground floor underfloor heating, set up to run efficiently at lower temperatures and give a consistent heat across the whole house.
