Ord Industrial & Commercial Supplies Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Hire Desk Controller for our busy office in Bathgate.
The candidate will assist in the day to day running of our Hire Desk including:
• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process Hire Contracts to our Syrinx system
• Co-ordinate closely with other departments to monitor equipment availability
• Load purchase orders to our Syrinx system
• Undertake other office duties
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hire or construction sector, excellent customer service and communication skills, confidence using computer systems and the ability to multitask effectively.
