Ord Industrial & Commercial Supplies Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Hire Desk Controller for our busy office in Bathgate.

The candidate will assist in the day to day running of our Hire Desk including:

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process Hire Contracts to our Syrinx system
• Co-ordinate closely with other departments to monitor equipment availability
• Load purchase orders to our Syrinx system
• Undertake other office duties

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hire or construction sector, excellent customer service and communication skills, confidence using computer systems and the ability to multitask effectively.

We are slowly reaching capacity here at Ord, and as we take new pieces of kit in to stock we are always looking to sell off some of the older stuff.

This 40ft x 9ft6" High Cube container has been a staple of our hire units over the years, however as we have brand new stock coming in we are looking to send it off to a new owner.
