Went to see this customer as a call out due to a window stuck in the open position, when there noted these windows on the 1st floor should have a juliette balustrade as all open, the customer was in agreement and the result is amazing and a very happy customer.

Sutton Dwellings, a part of Chelsea’s historic Sutton Estate, is a refurbishment project located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The project includes complete building alterations to create new, spacious homes that are fit for modern living.

Existing building facades are preserved. To retain the heritage feel throughout the elevations, old windows are replaced with modern frames in configurations that mimic the original style.

All of the 81 new homes will be offered as Social Rent and London Affordable Rent, providing affordable housing in one of London’s most expensive boroughs.
