Appologies for the lack of posts this year; it’s been a busy 2024 and we have only just arrived in March 🌷

We recently revisited a client as they wanted to replace their kitchen floor. We removed the old kitchen tile, levelled the floor and replaced it with Karndean flooring supplied by MKM Building Supplies. We installed new skirting and kitchen plinth for a smart finish.

We think it looks amazing ✨

A job we completed a couple of years ago. Whilst removing the previous plaster and boxing for this fire place, we uncovered a few surprises 🫣

We rebuilt the front of the chimney breast and ensured the appropriate lintel was in place. We then rebuilt the opening for the new wood burner; installing a suitable tiled base and specialist fire retardant plaster and render on surrounding areas for a smart finish.

Wood burning stove was supplied and fitted by Colin Easton.

One of the jobs we completed at the end of summer ☀️

We removed the existing paved patio area including the flower beds. Levelled the ground in preparation for gravel grid, we replaced the inspection covers for the drainage system and filled the grids with pea gravel. We ensured that there was a wood sleeper border to finish the edge of the existing lawn for a clean finish.
