First phase upgrade to the Stunning Marchmont house coming to a close.

Installation included the normal power and lighting and emergency lighting and in addition Lutron lighting system to create transformative experiences with Lutron's automated shading & lighting control systems. With an excellent outcome of control concealment.

Also Raylight power rail for exquisite bespoke art hanging and illumination for historic country residence and commercial applications.

Leak safe alarms in bathrooms for plumbing protection.
