Below is a link to a form we will need you to complete.

This will give us all the information we need to organise your upgrade. We will require details about the location of the water heater and also the serial number of the water heater so please have this information to hand when you complete the form.

If you own or have installed or sold one of the affected appliances - Primo 6 (MP6), Primo 11 (MP11), EUP6 & EUP11, please complete the below form to enable us to organise for an engineer to conduct the required safety upgrade to the water heater. Which water heaters are affected by the Water Heater Safety Upgrade?

The water heaters which will require a safety upgrade are the Primo 6 (MP6), Primo 11 (MP11), EUP6 and EUP11.

Please note the EUP11RS is NOT affected by this safety upgrade.

Can I organise for the upgrade to be conducted myself?

No. You must contact Morco in the first instance who will organise an engineer to attend once we receive information about the water heater such as the model and serial number.
