Haven’t posted for ages, just too much going on. Do you need a new unvented cylinder? This was a replacement for a 25 year old Megaflow, that had started to leak into the flat below. All installed to the manufacturers and G3 regulations

Do you live in a house, where the hidden away WC cistern is making maintenance of it difficult? This is the solution, a short projection close coupled WC, which is much easy to maintain.
This particular one was installed in a new build, where the original constructor’s workmanship left it leaking into the floor below. So the old WC pan and then the tiles were removed. A few changes to the pipework, made the wall good again, retiled and the installed the new WC over the top.

Do you have a dog that needs washing after a walk? Then why not fit a blending valve to create a 30 degree or more, depending on your requirement, hot water tap to your garden. No more frozen hands or shivering dogs. Warm but safe, as it only blends to the temperature it’s set to. Set your hose gun to the rain setting, hey presto, dog shower complete.

Not posted for a while, but please remember everyone. Doing your own gas work is not only illegal, it’s also very dangerous. This was a recent customer’s idea of isolating the supply to a gas fire. It’s now been done correctly and he is free to use his Molegrips for their intended purpose. Don’t take risks.

Recently replaced a WC in a shower room, in a very lovely period property in Hook Norton. A lot of uneven floors and walls to get over, the existing set up didn’t drain very well because of the irregularities. So this wall hung pan and hidden away cistern was the answer.

During lockdown we restricted the work to small repairs and emergencies. But today it was back to replacement boiler installation, this time in Dumas Close in Bicester. New drainage, a washing machine fitted under the work top and a Worcester combi boiler above.
Also removed an old warm air system, disconnected all the associated pipework, fitted a dishwasher in the kitchen and a replacement shower in the bathroom.
4 days hard work, ready for a rest, happy Easter everyone.
