Recent Howdens kitchen supplied and installed in billericay. Mdf splashbacks, glass splashback behind cooker, solid oak worktops.
While carrying out works we found a catalogue of dangerous diy wiring and poor plumbing, previous electrics made safe and relocation of sockets and spurs to cater relocation of white goods, full new fuse board upgraded to rcd protected and installed. Gas hob disconnected and capped, we found gas leaks while carrying works out under the concrete floor on an old gas main coming into the property resulting in full new supply run to the existing boiler.
Property is now fully safe with a new kitchen for our clients to now enjoy with the assurance all works carried out how to a quality safe standard
