Here in Lichfield Maya Constructors accomplished a four bed detached house renovation.
The customer was abroad, handed the keys to us and we made sure avery corner of the house will be much better than what they expected at the end we have a very happy and satisfied customer.

Maya Constructors team have been busy with numerous renovation projects in Birmingham and surroundings.
Here we present one of our house renovation works done in Solihull.

"Maya Constructors" have been quiet for a while for one only reason: busy we are. Please, have a look at our recent result to boast of: a revolutionary conversion of a garage(!) into a spacious modernized Wren kitchen. Our engineers measured the desired dimensions and came up with the solution which would meet the safety requirements: walls demolished, RSJ steel beams secured, new doors installed: voila! A brand new living space up to the customers' idea and budget. Everything you see in the pictures - from the marvelous kitchen unit till the exquisite tiles - is chosen and installed by Maya specialists and we take pride in our loyal clients' recommendations and feedbacks.

It happens very often that the initial flat plan seems weird and irrational to the new owners. This is exactly what Maya Constructors dealt with in Quinton last two weeks. We took up to change the unnecessarily big bathroom into a reasonable and energy-refilling one, just look at those unforgettable shower panel's colour! We changed the bath for a walk-in shower, installed the toilet, dousch spray, and other tricky equipment, applied the tiles and made every other finest detail to the last millimeter of perfection. Looking for your premises being fully redecorated from scratch? Need advice on materials choice? Unwilling to involve different brigades of specialists for different purposes? Maya will come once, follow through, monitor and take the whole responsibility and leave the premises 100 percent ready and customers distributing our visit cards👍🏻

Now there is another set of cozy studios to rent in Harborne each of which was thoroughly planned, designed and fulfilled by Maya Constructors. Here, we took up every stage of the complicated process: measurements, beams fitting, insulation, stud walls , plastering, painting, all up to the final perfect result and strictly according to the Building Regulation Standards. Dear Maya Designs followers and future customers, we hope, you enjoyed your Easter break. We had it really hot, so now, upon the glorious completion we are proud to share our Bartley Green project details with you and it might take a couple of posts. This time we were ordered a loft conversion including a new ceiling fitting, for which we involved our engineers to make sure the work corresponds structural requirements. Our specialist made the measurements and came out with a RSJ steel beams, 6 meters long each, suggestion. As a money saving and safest possible solution we fitted these two beams into the wall on the first floor. The pictures show two construction lifts used. First responsible mission complete!

In our recent Harborne project, we got assigned with a task to re place the bath tube our hosts found irrational with a practical less space consuming walking-in shower cabin. After our tiling and plumbing systems optimization the new bathroom looks lighter, more spacious and convenient to use. Tiling is what Maya Designs finds their special pride in: the precision and easthetics we guarantee are really something we can compete with--ask whoever. We are proud to present our most recent kitchen renovation project in Acocks Green completed in just a week time for a young couple of NHS heros. Our team attached plaster boards with hi tech insulation system to the initial brick walls and covered it with high quality plastering -- how pleasant it is to see people caring for the environment and saving on electricity at the same time! We assembled all the electricity cables and laid electrical underfloor system. Ready for kitchen units, guys! Our company is proud to offer special discounts to NHS staff this spring. We are proud to present here another interesting project Maya Designs fulfilled recently for our new client in Dudley. The pictures vividly demonstrate how a limited abandoned space turned into a stylish functional wetroom from scratch. We offered the solution, helped to choose lovely safe tiles and bathroom units and installed it all promptly. We can admit it was tricky at the beginning as the room had old cast iron pipes and frame ready to be removed but the result met all the expectations. Look at this comfortable and light brand new wetroom by Maya Designs, by the last word of fashion, demand and efficiency standards.

We do sometimes consider changing our name into "Magicians Design", inspired by our clients' ideas. Today we invite you to admire our recent Rugley victory, in which we came to a commercial building with a post office occupying the ground floor and converted their second floor storage into a one bedroom flat! Upon submitting the project, a bathroom especially, something like the one in Tamworth, presented in the pictures, we, the builders, have a whole palette of emotions, with the subtle sadness being the final one. You know why? Because we are leaving this virgin excellence to its happy owners unable to bathe ourselves there after a long dusty working day. Predictable, because we, the designers, had spent several days on thorough consideration, measurement and professional advice to offer perfect colour, material and proportion solutions. Like the ones we can boast of in these pictures.
