🏡 WEEK 3 – STRENGTH & DETAIL 🏡

Another huge week as we lock in the structure and start refining the space 🔥

🧱 Existing doorway blocked up
🏗️ Two additional steels installed to support the upstairs floor & corner of the house
🧊 Floor insulated and screeded
📏 Utility floor raised perfectly to match the kitchen level

Big thanks to .mids.northwest helping move all 1.5 tonne of steel 🏗️

Everything done properly, everything done once — solid foundations for what’s coming next 👌

Plan is to give this property a family room with some corner glazing and a roof lantern ☀️😮‍💨🔥

🏗️ Major structural alterations underway — removing the rear wall and corner of the property and installing a goalpost box steel frame 🔩 to safely open the space up in this lovely family home

💦 Standard winter issues were hit though with a particularly high water table once we started digging!…. That didn’t stop us though 💪🌵💪🌵
