We have recently completed a full mechanical installation at Prospect House which includes new heat recovery VRF to each of the four floors along with local heat recovery ventilation. We renewed all public health systems and found a solution to the reduced space on the roof where the existing cold water storage tank was located by installing a new boosted supply from the basement.

Prospect House is a period building situated in the prestigious Fitzrovia business community and now benefits from an on-show services solution which brings the property up to modern standards and looks great!!

We recently had the privilege of completing works at 60 Church Street for a highly respected and long standing client.

60 Church Street is a prominent building located in the heart of Birmingham’s s business district. We completed works over three floors including reception, business lounge, plus both CAT A and CAT B works to other floors.

The space represented a design challenge due to low structural beams, however, together with our clients team we found a solution which made the problem part of the solution.

We used new VRF systems provided by Samsung using 360 cassettes which reduced secondary duct requirements offering an improved aesthetic look. New primary ventilation was also installed whilst maintaining the clients preferred notional ceiling height at approximately beam height, which was a challenge due to high occupancy design parameters.

Finally we carried out public health works to the buildings WC and shower facilities to compliment the refurbished office facilities.

The final result shows the buildings structure blending with services and we think the final result is a look that everyone can be proud of.
