Install new battens.

Installed new guttering, front, rear and across the garage.
Install new dry verges trims.
Cladded over the existing cupboards by the front door to match.

Stunning kitchen and garage conversion in Marston Green.
Removed a wall separating the garage and kitchen.
Removed a wall to open up the kitchen and lounge.
Installed steels.
Removed back door, window and brickwork to install new French doors leading out into the rear garden.
Installed new concrete foundation across the garage front for new insulated brickwork.
Installed new floor to level the garage floor to the house floor level.
Installed new electrics and plumbing.
Boarded and plastered throughout.
Installed new kitchen.
Finished off with new skirting boards.

Kitchen and pantry renovation in Solihull.
Removal of a few masonry walls and installed steels to open up the kitchen into the living area.
Removal of rotten pantry floor and renew ready for converting it into a shower room.
Cut out a new doorway to access the shower room.
Cut out a new doorway from the lounge to the garage.
Install new electrics and plumbing.
Board and plaster the kitchen, lounge area and shower room.
Install new kitchen to customers design.
Install new shower room customer supplied.
Tile shower room.
Install new door frames and doors.

Great transformation.

What started out to just be a simple wall removal to open up the kitchen and lounge actually ended up being a bigger job than expected.
We removed the wall and installed a steel in its place. Removed the old concrete roof and installed a new pitched roof, vaulted with rooflights installed to give a better height.
Bricked up both gable ends and the existing doorway leading to the rear garden.
Created an aperture where the window was to install French doors.
Boarded and plastered the kitchen and plastered the lounge area.
Installed a complete new kitchen.
Created a downstairs W/C and utility by installing a stud wall in the rear room.
Installed toilet, plumbing and drainage.
Installed utility units and sink.
Completed by installing new skirting boards throughout.
Installed new guttering to the front of the property and a run of drainage to the garden room at the bottom of the garden.

Lovely job in the out in Church Lench, Evesham.

Lovely kitchen longe knock through, creating an open plan living area.
Kitchen window removed and opened up for French doors. Exitisting floor tiles taken up and new tiled floor laid.
Re-wired, new plumbing with new radiators. Recorded walls and ceilings and plastered.
New kitchen fitted along with door and finished off carpentry works. Stunning transformation in Solihull.

Full house renovation in Marston Green. Taken back to brick. Full rewire, plumbing and heating. Plastering, staircase, kitchen, W.C, family bathroom. Flooring, new doors and carpentry work to finish off. Really nice transformation on this one.

Kitchen, garage, lounge conversion. Rewired, plumbing and residential boiler. Fitted new rear doors. New kitchen and Utility along with downstairs WC.
Re-modified layout to incorporate the changes, raising floors and moving walls.
Plastered throughout and New doors and carpentry work to finish off.

New garage built in knowle. Groundwork had to be leveled and retaining wall built.

Complete first floor refurb to a property in Kings Heath.
This was going to be just take all the plaster off back to brick, form a master bathroom as it was just an ensuite off a bedroom as the main bathroom was downstairs.
One we took the plaster off we found the old klinker block walls were very unstable and deflecting with big bows in them. Due to how unsafe they were it was decided to take them down and totally rebuild the first floor and reconstruct all of the rooms.
We formed all new stud walls and fully insulated them.
Rewired the whole of the first floor. Installed the new master bathroom and all new radiators.
Fully boarded and plastered from the staircase and the first floor.
Installed all new doorframes, doors, skirting boards, architraves and window boards.
To finish off we tiled the bathroom.
We got all of this done in a little over 4 weeks as the customer was heavily pregnant and wanted it all complete before baby arrived which she did in a little over 2 weeks later.
