Pictured was a new installation provided by another company, upon testing we found DC isolator had started to burn out due to poor installation, luckily we diagnosed the issue before any major damage was caused⏰

The repair required a full strip of panels with new connections installed, as existing ones began failing❌

After this we completed a professional soft wash of the panels and installed our solar bird proofing guaranteed to work first time!

This customer in Carronshore, Falkirk🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 had new solar panels installed few years back

The company incorrectly fitted their panels leaving gaps, missing fittings and the solar rails were spaced incorrectly❌

They didn’t take into account that the slate brackets needed to be changed to tile brackets resulting in loose fitting kit that was partially nailed into battens.

We removed all panels and full PV kit👷
Supplied correct tile brackets and re fitted existing rails✅
Panels re-installed with new connections and bird proofing🔒

"Absolute great experience with Solar Edge Protection from the initial fist contact with Cassie. (What an asset to the company she is.) through to Tommy and the guys who came out to undertake the work. Could not fault their dedication and excellent workmanship.
We initially contacted the company for bird proofing. But on the first visit we were advised of a few issues and the most alarming of all was that our solar panels were unstable. This was due to the fact that we purchased our panels in 2015 and then had a new tiled roof in 2020. The panels were reinstalled on the new roof but the wrong brackets were used. (We went from a slate to a tiled roof) therefore the brackets should have been replaced. The panels were also put up incorrectly and were spread out across the roof. Tommy explained everyting in detail and we were never once pressurised into having any works undertaken. New quotes were given and work was completed as arranged and we are absolutely over the moon with the result. WEll DONE GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST! I will definitely be recommending your company to my Family & Friends. Joy & Ian Nish"

Details of job on Friday in Paisley🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The customer had fault showing on his PV system. Our office diagnosed issue over the phone and job was booked in.

Panels were removed from roof, we then found 1 panel burnt out and positive DC cable had also burnt❌

4 metres of cabling needed replaced, panels then re-fitted with new connections and main feeds installed to them all⚡️
