Last couple of months we’ve been working Stepney Bank Stables. A fantastic charity that does amazing work with lovely staff and volunteers. Been a new one for us having to work around horses.
All block walls clad, new poly flooring, new foyer built, new mag lock entry doors fitted, 2 new offices formed, new shelves built and new bench area for spectators to sit and watch, amongst the many other bits and pieces we did. Really enjoyed this one. Few bits to finish namely a reception hatch, which the prices are ridiculous so if anyone knows anyone that can supply a reception hatch drop me a message.

Crumbling Retaining wall taken down and rebuilt and new set of steps built.

🧱MULTI SKILLED BRICKLAYER WANTED ON CIS BASIS

Busy small building company based near Blaydon NE21 looking for a multi-skilled bricklayer to carry out the following duties.

Digging out by machine and hand- pouring footings- all aspects of brick and blockwork and occasional stonework - putting steels in- pointing and groundwork’s.

💰Day rate – negotiable depending on experience
🚐 Van provided for work use so MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE-NON NEGOTIABLE
📍 Mainly domestic work – around Gateshead, Newcastle and Northumberland area- extensions, garden walls, structural knock-throughs etc.

The type of work we do:
• Extensions/ Renovations
• Garden wall demolish & rebuild
• Structural alterations
• General building work

We’re after someone who:
✔ Knows their trade
✔ Works tidy
✔ Can crack on without being babysat
✔️Good communicator
✔ Takes pride in the finished job

Finally got watertight a couple of weeks ago. Cracking job by the lads on building, forming and covering the roof. 60m2 Warm roof with 2 x roof windows plus the tiled pitched roof.
The end is in site on this 78m2 giant build.

Recently carried out a suspended ceiling job at stepneybankstables
The upstairs offices and kitchen were freezing due to the roof type.
So we put in insulated suspended ceilings throughout to help keep the heat in.

However work has been continuing. Lucky to have a good bunch of lads working to get the jobs done.
Finishing touches to an extension in Ryton for a fantastic couple.

Latest job underway. I forgot to take complete before picture. 13m x 6m extension in Rowlands Gill.
Conservatory demolished, Foundations in, drainage in, brickwork up to DPC and massive 80m2 block and beam floor installed.
