This one was a serious job… 👀
The bathroom had a major leak coming from the shower tray that caused heavy water damage to the flooring and structure.

We stripped everything back, exposed the problem, and got to work 💪

✔️ Leak located and repaired
✔️ Rotten flooring removed and replaced
✔️ Subfloor fully restored
✔️ New flooring installed
✔️new shower panels installed
✔️ Bathroom put back together clean and fresh

From a damp, damaged mess to a solid, clean finish 🙌

From wasted space to something that actually adds value 👇

This little area under the stairs was doing absolutely nothing… so we turned it into the start of a downstairs toilet 🚽

✅ Built and fitted a new door frame

✅ Stud work and boarding to close it in

✅ Opened the space up and got it ready for plastering

Still a work in progress, but you can already see the difference. What used to be dead space is now going to be a fully functional room.

Perfect example of how much potential is hiding in plain sight 👀

Got called out today to deal with a sneaky pinhole leak hidden under the floorboards 💧🔧

Customer noticed water dripping through a light fitting after further investigation turned out to be a tiny pinhole in the copper pipe causing damage below. Floor lifted, section replaced, and everything sealed back up good as new ✅

These small leaks can cause big problems if left untreated, so if you notice:
⚠️ Low water pressure
⚠️ Damp patches
⚠️ Unexplained water sounds

Don’t leave it – get it checked ASAP!

This job started with a leaking shower that had caused serious damage behind the tiles. We fully ripped out the old shower, removed the damaged wall, and rebuilt it properly from the inside out.

✅ Installed waterproof backer boards
✅ Fully re-tiled with matching tiles
✅ Fresh, clean new grout
✅ Fitted a new shower system
✅ Installed a new bath screen

No shortcuts – just solid prep, proper waterproofing, and a clean finish that’s built to last 💪

🚨 Boxing Day Emergency Call-Out 🚨

Not quite the relaxing Boxing Day some people had! We were called out to an emergency burst pipe that had let go beneath the floor, causing significant water issues and needing urgent attention.

After lifting the floorboards, we traced the problem to a burst copper pipe that had been previously repaired by someone else running between the joists. Access was tight, the pipework was aged, and the timing (a public holiday!) made it all the more challenging – but emergencies don’t wait.

Big thanks to the customer for their patience – and proof once again that plumbing problems don’t take holidays! If you ever find yourself with an emergency, even on Christmas or Boxing Day, we’ve got you covered. 👍
