Project Complete | Delamere Primary School, Urmston

The refurbishment at Delamere Primary School, Urmston, has been completed and handed over- delivered on time and within budget for Trafford Council.

The project involved forming new one-to-one rooms within the site's former courtyard, including a new concrete slab, new flat roof, bespoke aluminium window system, partitions, plastering and redecoration, along with the supply of a new kitchen and a bespoke Trespa dividing panelling system.

Repeat business is what we base ourselves on, and we look forward to continuing to work with the team at Delamere going forward.

The scope includes a full external b**r garden uplift alongside internal refurbishment to the public bar area, with handover scheduled for end of November.

The refurbishment at The Royal Oak, Glossop, has been completed and handed back to our client, JW Lees.
Over the six-week programme, the team carried out internal and external works across the venue, including joinery, decorative finishes and fixtures internally, alongside a brand new decked outdoor seating area to enhance the customer experience.

Our three-week interior refurbishment at The Spread Eagle, Lymm, has now been completed for JW Lees.

Works included a full internal refresh of the pub's trade areas, with joinery, decorative finishes, and fixtures upgraded to support the venue's next chapter. The scheme was delivered to a tight programme, minimising disruption ahead of reopening.
