Another job done for a builder doing a double extension. Full replumb of the hot and cold and central heating. This time replacing the old copper cylinder with a new unvented cylinder. Tight squeeze again also, this time above the stairs 4ft off the floor

This one was a bit of a challenge as the cupboard was only just wider than the boiler. Not good for a person like myself...

Nice big job almost completed. Been on this a few weeks on and off waiting for the builder to get to certain stages of the build. Full replumb of hot and cold with central heating on a large house and double rear extension with underfloor heating on the large open plan kitchen diner with family room.

With the cold weather approaching people are turning their heating on and this is when a lot a faults start to appear. Intermittent firing on this boiler lead to faulty electrodes. So new electrodes installed and burner cleaned out with a quick service.

Boiler install recently. 15 year old ideal logic out. Old boiler had a lot wrong with it so customer went with a 10 year warranty baxi 800. Condensate run internally so no chance of freezing and blow off pipe repositioned as old one was right above the electric box 🤦
