So last week we put a team in to the Bolton Wanderers in the Community Golf day to help raise much needed funds so that they can make a difference to peoples lives within our local community. It was a great day, hosted by BWFC legend John Mcginley who was also joined by ex players Scott Green and Peter Nicholson, and the current 1st team manager Ian Evatt. The weather was perfect albeit a tad warm at 32 degrees 🥵, the golf was a bit indifferent at times 😅, but we managed to finish 5th out of about 20 teams. All in all everyone had a great time and we all managed to raise a total of £13,610.00 for this fantastic charity.
