🎨 Complete decoration throughout

It’s always rewarding to see the transformation and know this kitchen is ready to support the community for years to come.

Decorator / Decorating Company Wanted – Leeds Area 🎨 🖌️

We are currently looking for a self-employed decorator or established decorating company to undertake regular work in the Leeds area.

The role includes:

- A minimum of 2 days per week working on kitchen refurbishment projects
- Opportunity to increase workload from April, with the potential to double the workload
- Additional decoration work on void properties once refurbishment works are complete

What we’re looking for:

- Reliable, professional decorators with experience in refurbishment and void properties
- High-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to manage self-employed work and meet agreed schedules

What we offer:

🚨 Accreditation Alert! 🚨

Last week we completed our annual NICEIC assessment ✅

Our assessor visited both domestic 🏡 and commercial 🏢 projects, including:

🔹 Commercial (Ripon): Completion of a new laundry room fit-out within a care home setting
🔹 Domestic (Leeds): A recently completed full house rewire

We’re proud to announce we passed once again 🎉 with no major non-compliances and no further evidence required.

At N2, we take pride in delivering work that is safe and compliant!

PROJECT COMPLETION ✅⚡

Our mains upgrade at Wastecare Liverpool is now complete and fully operational—delivered right on time for the Christmas break 🎄

This project required careful planning and coordination to meet a tight programme, with operations continuing and shutdowns precisely managed throughout.

Huge credit to Ross, Rob, and Jordan for an outstanding job from start to finish. A great example of teamwork, professionalism, and commitment 👏

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Supervisor Electrician to join our social housing team. The responsibilities include overseeing electrical installations, conducting routine maintenance and repairs, and troubleshooting electrical issues. The role also involves supervising a team of electricians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard while adhering to safety regulations and company guidelines.

Qualifications

Expertise in Electrical Work and Maintenance & Repair
Skills in Troubleshooting and resolving electrical system issues
A valid Gold card
Social Housing experience is an asset
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
Effective communication and leadership skills

We have recently been working on the refurbishment of South Bradford Golf Club, providing plumbing, heating, and electrical works 🔧⚡

The club is looking fantastic after its refresh, especially with the addition of a state-of-the-art golf simulator — which we were more than happy to help test! 😄

✨ Exciting Update from Our Team! ✨

We’re thrilled to share that earlier this year, we expanded our space by acquiring another unit on our industrial estate and knocking through to create a brand-new warehouse.

With the additional space, we’ve introduced a welcoming new reception area and a meeting/training room, and given all our office areas a much-needed refresh. We couldn’t be happier with the result!

What makes this even more special is that all the work was completed in-house by our incredible team — often between jobs and outside of normal working hours.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this transformation possible. Your hard work, dedication, and teamwork truly shine through in every detail. 👏

⚡ Project Update – Liverpool Mains Upgrade ⚡

This week has seen significant progress on our mains upgrade project in Liverpool for our valued customer.

Our team has completed the removal of all obstructions and successfully installed a new concrete plinth, ready to take delivery of the new 800A mains distribution panel.

Next week, works will continue with adjustments to the existing containment and installation of new sections in preparation for the planned shutdown. During this phase, we will commence the transfer of the mains and systematically migrate existing supplies to the new panel.

Excellent work from all involved in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the upgrade process.
