Domestic Plumber

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Domestic Plumber to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair work in residential properties while delivering excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair domestic plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently
- Carry out bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
- Repair leaks, replace pipework, taps, valves, and sanitary ware
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Complete job reports and relevant paperwork when required

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a domestic plumber
- Relevant plumbing qualifications preferred
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

We are currently looking for a self-employed decorator or established decorating company to undertake regular work in the Leeds area.

The role includes:

- A minimum of 2 days per week working on kitchen refurbishment projects
- Opportunity to increase workload from April, with the potential to double the workload
- Additional decoration work on void properties once refurbishment works are complete

- Reliable, professional decorators with experience in refurbishment and void properties

This project required careful planning and coordination to meet a tight programme, with operations continuing and shutdowns precisely managed throughout.
