Beautiful extension completed recently in Braintree. Comprising of linking the original garage at the rear of the garden in with a new single storey extension to create a fantastic games room in the old garage linked through to the large open planned kitchen diner with larder, utility, cloakroom. The zinc cladding and black aluminium crittals windows really sets this off and with the white render on the games room and the large porcelain tiled patio area with retaining walls fully rendered with porcelain copings to finish hives it a prefect finish externally. Stunning feature brick wall internally. So many fantastic choices in style and finish from the customer has made this a lovely part of the house for the family to enjoy. 🔥👌🔥

Near completion on our project in South Woodham.. Floor tiling in main extension and few finishing touches next week and then should be there. The transformation from original look of the house to now is amazing. Main bathroom was completed this week and en-suite completed recently, both look stunning.The oak doors and skirtings and architraves are 👌.. Anthracite grey aluminium doors and aluminium windows throughout the house, Anthracite fascias and the white render really set off the look of the house externally. 🔥👌🔥

Project in Stebbing progressing well.. most of these pictures were supposed to be in the first post about the job last week but just realised I only added one pic instead of all them (that's why we are builders) 🙈😂 main first floor roof finished this week with all fascias and soffits then we can look at getting felt and batonned ready for solar panel trims to go on before slated.

Project in South Woodham coming along nicely.
All knock throughs done recently, all steels in place, Aluminium bifolds, lanterns, front door and existing windows all changed to aluminium. Tacking done, all plastering nearly completed, render being finished on front elevation. Ensuite all tiled, decorating started. Floor insulation down next week with underfloor heating going in and screed the following week. Job coming along nicely. Big transformation from how the house was. 👌🔥

New job started recently in Stebbing to become new 1 bedroom annexe on ground floor with bathroom and open plan kitchen/lounge area and the large bedroom to first floor to become part of existing house.
We took on the job after original annexe was demolished and all groundworks carried out...
We started with the steel posts and then ground floor timber frame all built, had scaffold with tin hat put up last week.. remaining steels put in place, demolished remaining part of house between annexe and house this week and built secure temporary wall in house..all ready for construction of first floor timber frame off steel next week. 👌🔥

Stunning kitchen refurb completed recently in Rayne for lovely clients, opening up the dining room and kitchen and removing the wall between the lounge to create a lovely open planned groundfloor. Replaced the existing french doors for aluminium bifolds, blocked up the back door, removed existing wooden feather edge and replaced with Hardie board cladding. Beautiful kitchen with quartz worktops. Lvt flooring throughout carried out by jfssmith flooring. 👌🔥

New kitchen refurb started this week in Rayne.. kitchen all removed including tiles floor and walls, removed all ceilings and took down supporting wall between kitchen and dining room plus chimney in corner of existing kitchen, all steels in position ready for bricking in and padstones. All ready for 1st fix electrics and plumbing next week's then start putting it all back together. Old timber cladding removed externally, existing back to door to be removed on Monday blocked up and Hardie board cladding to be fitted, aluminium bifolds to replace existing french doors. 🔥👌🔥

New extension started last week in South Woodham Ferrers.. front 1st floor timber framed on top of existing porch to create en suite bathroom from bedroom and single storey on the rear to create large open plan living area knocking through from existing kitchen and lounge. Bricked up to damp, block and beam all done, steels in ready for next steel on Monday, all framework done on front, steel fitted in roof and roof all pitched ready to continue next week..👌
