A former Aircraft Maintenance Technician with a passion for renewable enerygy solutions, I started my heat pump journey after having a pump installed to my home. I was not satisfied with the lack of heat, expensive running costs, noise and various other issues, I set out with an ambition to go Green and set up to help people get the best out of their heat pumps. After many training courses and col

lege terms I am now fully qualified to maintain heat pumps and their ancillary components. I resolved the many issues with my heat pump so it is operating much more efficiently, the house is always warm and there is always hot water. There are many companies out there carrying out poor installations with incorrect set ups as there is a lack of understanding of how to correctly set up a heat pumps system. Qualifications:
"Qualified Heat Pump Service Engineer, carrying out servicing of heat pumps, maintenance, repair and efficiency improvements. Recognised Industry Level 3 Qualification in heat pump installation and maintenance, MCS Accredited Qualification. Manufacturer accredited for servicing: Panasonic Aquarea Hitachi Vaillant Arotherm+ Mitsubishi Ecodan and Samsung. Also experienced in various other models."

Success this week for a customer who thought they just had a leak. On investigation I found many things very wrong with the system. This poor Heatpump was gasping and about to give up! Folllowing investigation the changes made greatly improved efficiency, energy consumption and the long term health of the system.
These issues could have been picked up on a service showing the importance of an engineer who cares and takes notice of what is going on with your Heatpump!
Result - my customer was way too hot showing we can further reduce their heating costs.

Disappointed with your heat pump? SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG! Heat pumps are great and if designed, installed and SET UP properly will give you a warm and cosy house and save you money! If you are disappointed give HPS Brecon a call and we will find out why you have been left in the cold!
