Large site clearance and tidy up of 2 commercial sized glass houses, the main structure was taken down by a previous contractor leaving one massive mess with glass everywhere. We were asked to clear all the rubbish, remove and crush all the concrete and level the site with topsoil ready for seeding and returning to a field.

Long way down. Works to take out two dangerous trees overhanging the house and remove loose earth from the top of the bank. During the winter months water had eroded the bank causing a small land slip and exposed the root plate of the trees. Very restricted access between gardens made for a interesting job.

Replacement septic field and adjoining system installed. Following other works it was discovered the existing septic outlet was nothing more than a hole full of bricks, we were asked to installed a new septic soakaway to meet current regulations. This includes septic soakaway crates calculated to meet the households requirements, a new solids trap and all connecting pipe work. All works completed and the site left tidy.
