This was CNC G’s first year exhibiting at the show, alongside Ronchini Milling Technologies - bringing these machines to the UK market for the very first time.

8 years strong - but even the most reliable machines need a closer look ⚙️

During a routine service on this Emmegi Quadra L2, we tracked down the cause of intermittent stops that had been happening for months. The servo drives were stepping in to protect the machine, flagging high current and faults and the root cause? Mist oil inside the motor terminal. 😮

A hidden issue, but one that could’ve led to bigger problems if left unchecked.

Preventative maintenance isn’t just routine, it’s what keeps small issues from turning into costly downtime. 💪
