We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our expanding service and maintenance department.
The role will include, but not limited to:
• Scheduling of work for engineers via our CAFM system
• Raising and processing quotations
• Procurement of parts
• Electronic report processing
• Data entry
• Answering calls
• Monitoring emails and general office administration duties
• Management support
Required skills and attributes:
• IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Methodical in approach to tasks
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy of reporting and data entry
• Confident, yet polite telephone manner
• Proactive
• Experience in CAFM systems would be an advantage
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning, servicing, all aspects of air conditioning
and ventilation systems including Splits, VRV/F,
Ventilation Systems, and Air Handling Units
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues efficiently

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in air conditioning and ventilation
systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification.

Desirable (but not essential) Skills:

• Experience with water chillers and heat pumps.
• General mechanical building services knowledge.
• NVQ Level 2/3 qualifications.

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Overtime available

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience with Ventilation/AHU
systems (required)
• At least 3 years of experience with Air Conditioning
systems (required)
