New cast iron radiator install to period property, renewing old tired rads with fresh radiators in keeping with the property, full drain down and flush and x2 stories of property fitted with free standing cast iron with antique brass accessories, all ran by a Worcester greenstar 8000 and finished with a bespoke mdf unit to customers spec,built around the boiler to neaten up the kitchen space.

Damp/remedial works finished for the entrance area of a basement flat Air Bnb in Clifton.
All surfaces treated and boarded in jackobaord insulation board and Jackoboard tanking system installed and then full room plastered.
Partition erected to neaten up utility area. Existing floor removed, floor insulated, underfloor heating,latex screed&herringbone lvt fitted. Pipework renewed, all woodwork and doors renewed, full redec. Part of a completed refurb/restoration of this flat and ongoing of the 4 storeys of building above!

Full new roof in Bedminster, old roof leaking in several places and well past it’s best, full new roof sections fitted x3&valley, hack off & 2 coat waterproof render throughout all masonry areas, fresh upvc to rear and all new leadwork throughout plus problem parapet walls capped in lead and rendered, should be good for another 50years!

More herringbone! Existing floor over boarded with 9mm ply, Camaro interlocking LVT laid throughout 4 rooms/entry room areas with necessary expansion gaps, just under 400 45degree cuts on this one! Part of a full house refurb just finished up, pics to follow of that one next week.
