The finished product of the cellar conversion, it'll be used as a utility room, due to open plan living on ground floor, there has been a full drainage system installed for ground water and a saniflo for the washing machine

Happy new year from us at DISMIS

A lovely lady got in touch before Christmas, with a failed cellar conversion, basically filled with water after heavy rain with no drainage system
I quoted to repair it but unfortunately the work was that bad I had to start again, its nearly completed now with a full drainage system now installed this cellar will make a great little utility room
