Job Title: Office Junior
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Junior. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in a professional office environment in our busy concrete booking office. As an Office Junior, you will mainly be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to confirm orders.
Providing information about products or services and assisting customers with placing orders.
Resolving customer complaints or escalating issues to the appropriate department if needed.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous but not required.

Salary: Β£9.50-Β£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Supplemental pay types: yearly bonus

GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
