Meet Tammy, our Customer Experience Manager 👋

Tammy joins Vortice with extensive experience in sales management, customer engagement, team leadership, and business process improvement. Her background in leading sales teams, implementing CRM systems, developing training programmes, and driving customer-focused initiatives makes her a fantastic addition to the business.

In her new role, Tammy will be responsible for:
⭐️ Improving processes and strengthening customer relationships, developing our teams and driving performance.
⭐️ Supporting the continued growth of Vortice UK.

Meet Jemma, our new Financial Assistant 👋

We're delighted to welcome Jemma to the Vortice team. Bringing extensive experience across finance and accounting, Jemma has worked in purchase ledger, payroll, bookkeeping, credit control, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting for businesses across the UK and Europe.

In her new role, Jemma will be responsible for:
⭐️ Support the smooth running of our finance department
⭐️ Managing purchase ledger and accounts receivable processes
⭐️ Reconciling accounts
⭐️ Assisting with month-end reporting,
⭐️ Supporting our Financial Controller with key financial operations.

🚚 We're Moving Distribution Facilities!

As part of our commitment to delivering an even better service, we’re relocating to a new distribution centre.

Our new facility will offer:

✅ A larger, more modern space
✅ Improved technology
✅ A more central location with better access to major road networks
✅ Increased picking staff
✅ A later order cut-off time for next-day delivery

These improvements will help us enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and continue supporting our customers across the UK.

📅 Key Dates to Remember
• Returns accepted until 1st June 2026
• Final order cut-off: 12:00pm, 5th June 2026
• No dispatches: 8th – 16th June 2026
• Dispatches resume: 17th June 2026

Orders can still be placed during the dispatch closure period and will be processed as soon as operations resume.
