Another bathroom ✔️
Ceiling skimmed, all new plumbing, pump fitted in cylinder cupboard, new bath, wc, basin and towel rail. Lvt flooring, herringbone feature wall, painting, new extractor as wasnt one in there. New shower mixer and riser, pipes boxed and tiled, new mirror and spots. Looking pukka

Another new bathroom/shower room install. Complete new plumbing, floor boarded, ditra matting and tiled. New bath, basin, toilet, shower and mixer installed. Done away with electric shower. Before I came the shower never run away properly and after inspection under the floors it was no wonder... the pipework ran uphill so all replaced and run downhill for better flow. She looking good and customer is very happy. The window will be replaced as its the only thing that let's it down, the room used to be a separate toilet and bathroom so it was botched quote badly. Also door was hanging off so new door reversed and frame repaired and installed like it should be👌. New extractor drilled out as when I first got there the whole room was covered in mould, I said to the customer thats your problem... there's no extractor fan in here. Also ceiling skimmed to get rid of cracks.

Complete rip out out and re design.
Stud wall built, niche. All new plumbing to new shower mixer, new soil pipe relocated, new rad, 1700 shower tray, fountain head, handset, wall hung basin, hidden toilet system, ceiling skimmed and painted, lvt flooring, hidden flush cupboard, foot and hand rail for lady leg shaving in shower, tiled in 1200x600 flower pattern feature wall, 300x600 tiled on other walls, granite window seal and niche seal. 1000mm shower screen and support bar, silicon sealed 👌. Customer was so happy they gave me a £50 drink... love it when they appreciate my perfectionism ☺️

Another little sneak peak of 1200x600 tiles going in. These tiles are absolutely beautiful, customer loves them and so do i. Watch this space for finished job. We've had to double notch these bad boys so get a nice bed of adhesive, 2 main bathrooms, 2 ensuites, one bathroom converted to utility room and one downstairs loo. It's keeping us busy here
