This is why it’s important to get your boiler serviced annually! This one was Just a routine service, straight away signs of combustion leakage within the boiler. Further investigation showed that the burner gasket seal had disintegrated and broken away! New seal replaced and a quick clean within the heat exchanger. Serviced finished and boiler back up and running!
