Just completed this summerhouse roof replacement for a lovely local family. The roof had been leaking quite badly and unfortunately the fascia boards had rotted through as well. We stripped everything back, fitted new boarding, framed up some new fascias, and finished it off with brand new covering and trims to finish a completely refreshed and waterproof roof.

It's now dry, solid and ready for year round use!

Flat roof replacement on a garage in Stretford finished today due to a very large hole in the previous roof, causing rot all within the garage.

All new 18mm OSB boards and covered with EPDM rubber, new trims, facia boards, new skylight, insulated, french doors and a new floor installed.

Our customer is very happy with the end result of bringing her at home workshop back to life and is keen to be able to use her garage as it was intended previously🏠

Another roofing job completed to a high standard✅️

Sections of our customers battens were rotted and deteriorated causing dampness, moisture and water leaks🛠

We replaced these sections with new battens, a new rafter, new fascia boards and replaced several broken slates for a full finished job✅️

We received a message from a customer, that one of their ridge tiles had been blown over due to some strong winds... When we came to move the one ridge tile back we noticed majority of the ridge tiles were loose and mortar had began to fall down the roof.

We then recommended a full repoint and rebed of the customers ridge tiles to make sure they're storm proof and prevent any future leakage.

We’ve gone above and beyond to ensure this clients roof is in the best condition and the customer is more than satisfied✅
