We are Hiring: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Are you a highly motivated, multi-skilled maintenance engineer looking for an exciting new challenge in a fast-paced role?
Due to expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time permanent multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join the friendly team at Layn Developments.

Description of role:
• To provide maintenance and project works to commercial properties
• To fault-find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification;
• General maintenance, including hanging doors, fencing, lock changing;
• Using a mobile phone to manage and record daily work.

Skills required:
• A self-motivated, conscientious person with a ‘can do' attitude.
• First class organisational and time management skills.
• Be able to work under your own initiative and also as part of a larger team.
• A well-presented professional who takes pride in every job they do.
• Full UK driving licence (Company Van + Fuel card is provided for this role)
• Happy to travel with the occasional stay away
